In cooperation with LHV bank’s digital banking department, we have helped ensure that LHV’s mobile application and internet bank are accessible to all users.
Thanks to this, many people with a disability have chosen LHV as their home bank.
Estonian Maritime Museum
We were part of the team that helped make the Maritime Museum’s new exposition in the newly renovated Fat Margaret accessible.
Today, Fat Margaret is considered one of the most accessible museums in Estonia.
With our help, the floor of the museum was covered with tactile walkways to direct customers with visual impairments, tactile floor plans were created for the floors, and visitors are also guided in the museum by an audio guide with audio description.
Itella Smartpost
In 2021, we helped Itella Smartpost make their white parcel lockers accessible to the visually impaired customers.
Under our guidance, the doors of the parcel lockers got Braille stickers, which allow visually impaired users to pick up parcels from the locker independently.
Estonian Blind Union
The Estonian Blind Union is a national association uniting visually impaired people and their organizations.
Sparrow Access cooperates with the union so that the solutions we offer meet the real expectations of visually impaired people.
